**Purpose of this role** :

Acts as an HTA/HEOR specialist and a reimbursement expert to internal customers and external stakeholders. The purpose of this role is to attain ideal reimbursement status and product uptake for Pfizer products through:

+ the development and leveraging of clinical and economic evidence to demonstrate the value of Pfizer's products

+ creating/supporting pricing negotiation strategies, including value-based pricing, where possible

**Key Strategic Capabilities:**

+ Expertise in HEOR/HTA, including evidence based medicine

+ Analytical and modelling skills for local adaptation/assessment of global pharmacoeconomical models

+ Understanding HTA requirements, methods and processes and how they apply to Czech reimbursement scheme

+ Ability to manage delivery of value stories

+ Good commercial / business acumen and strategic thinking Communication skills

+ Ability to generate and use evidence to support development and deployment of product value strategy to ensure optimal product access and uptake.

+ Has a holistic understanding of health systems and health policy, with a deep and specific knowledge of pricing, reimbursement.

+ Understands needs, interests and drivers of value for payers.

+ Ability to develop and deliver, in a cross-functional setting, a compelling value and access strategy, tailored to payer & other stakeholders interests and needs.

+ Plans and executes all aspects of HTA dossiers for reimbursement submissions

+ Leads the customization of global and/or development of local HTA/HEOR models/data, leveraging all available research (clinical studies, observational studies, literature, etc.) for pricing/reimbursement dossiers

+ Leads development of value arguments and propositions for Pfizer products.

+ Anticipates customer evidence needs for product/indication reimbursement across the product life cycle, creating and evolving value propositions as needed, and then ensuring data is available to support those messages.

+ Works with cross-functional team members in development and execution of market access plan, and medical or marketing activities

**Key Deliverables:**

+ HTA dossiers for product reimbursement

+ Planning and execution of reimbursement and HEOR strategy (inc. local data development as needed) across therapeutic areas and for current and pipeline products

+ Local adaptation of global HTA/HEOR materials (e.g. value dossiers and propositions, cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models) where appropriate and development of local materials/models/data where not

+ Product value propositions relevant to local market

+ Reimbursement plan development and implementation, including price negotiation as applicable
