Sodexo has an exciting new opening for an HR Systems Support Specialist for the Human Resources team.

 

This is a virtual position with the preferred candidate able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.

 

The successful candidate will:    

Act as knowledgeable HR Systems support provides customer support for technical or process issues, produces system queries, performs required system data entry. Collaborates with System Manager, Senior System Admins and System Admis to provide project support for HR tech projects duties include- testing, learning system loads, etc. Executes HR Report process; includes intake, assignment, schedule, and validation. Supports system reporting needs for the business including recruiting, talent review, performance, training audience selection, global workforce reporting, and system licenses. May also perform non-technical duties the likes of developing communications, training and procedural documents, performing audits. 

 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Customer service for HR Systems end-users as a point of escalation above tier 0/1.  Providing customer service for technical issues and business process customer inquiries.
  • Data Entry creating employee profiles, maintaining employee data, maintaining system data, and loading content.
  • Building and executing complex queries. Providing support for data requests such as audience selection, recruiting, talent review and performance queries, global workforce reporting.
  • Providing project support for all Human Resources system projects testing, validation and production rollout, project administration.
  • Monitoring system health through audits, resolving or escalating issues as appropriate

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
