Sodexo has an exciting new opening for an HR Systems Support Representative for the Human Resources team.  

  

The position is located at our Gaithersburg, MD location. 

  

The position will primarily be responsible for day-to-day customer service operation of Sodexos Human Resources systems through either email or telephone communications. The incumbent will document and track internal and external interactions as well as escalate system issues to appropriate stakeholders.  The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position. 

 

Primary responsibilities include: 

  • Providing customer support of the Human Resources systems which includes, responding to all system end-users and escalates issues to Tier 2 (internal & external) for resolution as needed.   Serving as an escalation point for end-user questions received from Tier 0 call centers. 
  • Managing Program Administration within HR systems and performing system data entry to support account management (i.e. training logistics, system set-up, job audits, etc.) 
  • Managing department mailboxes. Sending department communications, information. 
  • Executing fulfillment of training materials and coordinating shipping needs, making sure all materials have been pulled, packed and delivered to course on time.

  • Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 
  • General computer knowledge and navigation with solid data entry skills 
  • Ability to handle high volume customer inquiries  
  • Excellent customer service 
  • Solid communication skills

  • Be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
