*Role Summary*


The HR Solutions Manager is responsible for delivering organization design and compensation solutions. The HR Solutions Manager is also responsible for building and maintaining deep subject matter expertise for critical talent segments such as product, technology, and operations to include organization diagnostics/assessments, identification and development of solutions to increase effectiveness, job design and organizational design/restructuring, and people strategy consultation. This role partners directly with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to enhance organizational performance by aligning organization capabilities, structures, processes, rewards, and talent.





*Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions*




*
Formulate sound, reliable, and comprehensive recommendations to improve organizations performance and business results.



*
Partner with Business Leaders and HRBPs to lead and support compensation analysis, organization design, redesign, and restructuring efforts ranging from small to large initiatives. Will support HRBPs in client meetings.



*
Provide expertise on job scoping, competencies/skills required, leveling, and compensation.



*
Present findings and recommendations to Business Leaders and HRBPs and collaborate to determine plan for implementation.



*
May facilitate design workshops or charrettes to support org planning efforts with HRBPS and Leaders.



*
Conduct leading practices research on organization models and benchmark studies on size, number of levels, etc. for input into organization designs. Stay abreast of trends in organization design, compensation and rewards, business operating models, change management, business performance, benchmarking, and other key talent topic areas and practices as well as information on future trends & forces.



*
Design and develop analytic models, tools and procedures, conducts statistical/financial analysis, discovers and articulates business impact and insights.



*
Evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation by identifying and monitoring critical metrics.













Qualifications: *Minimum Skills and Qualifications *




*
5 or more years of experience required in related field (i.e. internal and/or external consulting in an Org Development/Comp/Org Effectiveness/Org Design role)



*
3 or more years of experience required if candidate possesses a related advanced degree



*
Demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas: Organizational analysis/diagnostics, Organization restructuring, project Management, group facilitation, Compensation, and Job Design







*
Effective interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization







*
Ability to interface and influence senior business leaders, lead internal consulting projects and partner effectively with HR Business Partners



*
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities



*
Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation capabilities







*
Demonstrated experience using analytical and problem-solving skills.



*
Proven ability to create high-quality deliverables and represent concepts through presentations/models/visuals



*
Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Excel








*Preferred *




*
BA/BS Organization Development and/or Effectiveness, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field or equivalent work experience.



*
Masters degree in Organization Development and/or Effectiveness, Human Resources, or Industrial Psychology



*
Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional, Organization Design, Lean Six Sigma, Strategic Workforce Planning or Change Management



*
Experience in telecommunications industry



*
Experience with product, technology or operations business units



*
Experience with Workday



*
Proficient with orgvue software for current state analysis and future state modeling



*
Proficient with Payfactors market pricing
