Operating within a matrix organization the successful candidate will need to quickly develop effective working relationships with HR Region Leads, HR Country Managers, HR Systems team, Business Partners and the wider HR teams. The role reports to the IHR Program lead and is primarily involved leading significant M&A activity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Will project lead the CALA region on some M&A deals in relation to transition of employees, potentially both incoming and outgoing. Overall objective is to successfully manage the end to end transition of employees, taking ownership of all milestones in between. Representing IHR as part of an International transition team Creation, ownership and maintenance of region project plan and ownership of end to end transfer milestones for countries within the CALA region Ownership of transition websites associated with each country, this includes creating/gathering all content, working with TSI on access enablement and closing down sites post transition. Representing CALA HR on the International project team and partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring AT&Ts interests and preferences for employee transition are both articulated and considered as part of broader plan Identifying items which may impact or delay the transition of an employee/country/wave and working these through with relevant stakeholders and overall project lead. Facilitating ad-hoc calls to resolve all issues. Partnering closely with CoEs to ensure policy adherence or policy change where needed. With Compensation and Benefits team to ensure job mapping and benefit comparisons are complete. With with the HR Business Partner teams and coordinating onboarding programs Managing detailed employee data files. With legal to complete due diligence on deal or country specific considerations Ownership of all reporting requirements for CALA region up to the IHR project lead. Provide regular status presentations to various audiences per the project requirements channels (Townhall calls, Extended Leadership Calls, Individual Team Calls) Matrix management of virtual project team within region Working closely with HR Data Management team, taking ownership to ensure employee data is loaded to or removed from HR systems

Key Competencies and Skills:

Ability to collate, interpret and summarize large volumes of complex information from multiple sources Influencing and negotiation skills Ability to organize and prioritize volume workloads Fluent in English excellent written and spoken Solid experience with MS Office, specifically Excel and PPT Excellent communication skills Experience in supporting/leading M&A transfer process will be advantageous Pragmatic in approach Ability to work to tight deadlines Instinctively knows what data points are key to share also understands the best way to share/display different data points and reports

Education and Qualifications:

Preferably degree educated

This is part of a broader International project and may require successful candidate to work unsocial hours from time to time.
