Auto req ID: 241783BR Job Description The HR Operations Benefits Senior Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager HR Operations with key responsibilities focused on administration and process support of PepsiCos US employee benefit programs. Working within a team, the Senior Analyst will contribute to a range of projects and activities including the annual benefits enrollment cycle, employee issues regarding benefits coverage, and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will have the drive and experience to lead projects and produce analyses that address business needs. ACCOUNTABILITIES Work across the broader HR, IT, EC, Total Rewards, Communications, and Alight benefit teams on initiatives and serve as project lead on all changes and system enhancements including selection, requirements, implementation, testing, delivery, system performance documentation, project closeout, and hyper-care support Act as project manager, creating and managing project plans, communications, and sustainability for new program rollouts Assist in managing Alight and own vendor relationships; providing guidance and direction on PepsiCo processes and initiatives to ensure key performance metrics are delivered on time and on budget Manage administration and employee issue resolution, including assisting in root cause analysis and implementation of identified changes that may impact feeds, mapping, or recordkeeping. Handling plan participant escalations with speed and attention to detail Support manager and TR/HR partners as program subject matter expert Support the annual benefits enrollment cycle as a member of the core project team with responsibility for specific sub-processes such as UAT Collaborate with the Benefits CoE and Benefits Shared Services teams to influence the design, delivery, communication, and assessment of benefit programs that meet employer and employee objectives Oversee key benefit processes such as dependent verifications, COBRA enrollments, Expatriate/Executive enrollments while ensuring employee needs are met and guidelines are adhered to Ensure plans are administered according to terms, laws, and regulations Lead special projects throughout the year in support of benefits and service-delivery objectives #LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements 5+ years benefits experience and 3+ years of project management with experience implementing complex projects, preferably in a global corporation in HR Operations or a related field Experience administering or designing employee health and welfare plans benefits plans and/or processes for a large employer preferred Strong data analysis skills coupled with knowledge of Success Factors EC or a similar HRMS system Success effectively communicating with key stakeholders Ability to lead small teams and interact with vendors Effective problem-solving skills; proactive approach to identify risks and propose solutions The high degree of initiative and attention to detail with minimal day-to-day supervision and ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills; must be able to prioritize, multitask and manage project deadline Bachelors degree or related experience required Position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States #LI-USA Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
