Location: 700 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase NY 10577 Duties: Responsible for supporting IT strategy, delivery, and execution for PepsiCos HR IT operations. Direct a team of over 10 employees that are responsible for providing global IT operations support, testing management, and data quality audits for both PepsiCos Human Capital Management and Payroll systems for 86 countries with approximately 298,000 active employees. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver HR IT system operations activities and processes. Responsible for the resolution of escalated IT incidents in companys HR systems and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of operations. Project manage IT system-related HR processes, including year-end Compensation planning, and ensure accurate loading and processing of salary increases, bonuses and promotions in the first quarter annually. Manage the global IT testing strategy and process for core HR and Payroll systems, and the related integrations to 3rd party systems. Project manage the IT design and execution of HR and Payroll test plans and scenarios to support global and sector-related projects and functionality changes and systems upgrades as well as migrations. Oversee the IT data replication process from HR and Payroll systems. Provide strategic and tactical IT inputs to further the development and execution of the HR Information Technology agenda to continually enhance operational performance and capabilities to create efficiency. Project manage and execute extensive required Information Technology system audits, including IT system security access, configuration, controls, data quality, annual processes, and system integration validations. Develop global IT metrics and scorecards for HR Systems Operations Support, testing initiatives, and provide status to stakeholders and senior leadership. Qualifications/Requirements Job Requirements: Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related and 7 years of experience in the job offered or related role. Must have seven (7) years of experience with: Human Capital Management (HCM) system operations support for Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERPs) and HR Information Technology (HRIT) support processes; implementing large scale HCM ERP Solutions, including Systems Applications & Products (SAP) HCM On-premise Solution; implementing large scale HCM ERP Solutions, including SAP Success Factors Employee Central; HR business functions and processes including Talent Management, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Learning Management; leading global IT operations support of Human Capital Management Systems (HCM) and Payroll; supporting a global HR IT Systems Landscape, including integrations, middleware, data troubleshooting and developing remediation plans; managing multiple simultaneous projects on time; and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, including SAP/R3, SAP ERP and S4/HANA, and communicating with HR systems. Must have five (5) years of experience with ITSM IT service management (formerly ITIL) for HR or IT Service Center processes; Workforce Administration Systems (Kronos) supporting system operations, changes, testing and upgrades; and overseeing internal and external audits and controls management such SOX related controls, Operational controls as well as system and data/transaction accuracy audits. Travel required 10% of the time.
