The Human Resources Associate Analyst in the North Division in PepsiCo Beverages, North America plays a key role in supporting the North Division Human Resources team to execute the people agenda for the business. There are 81 locations and 15,000 employees across the Division requiring reporting and analysis to drive insights and actions that impact decisions and outcomes for our people. This role will be responsible for independently performing analysis of people-related data and assist the team on special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct HR reporting and analytics for the North Division
  • Partner with Division HRBPs to interpret key talent data, including organization health survey results, turnover trends, and drive tangible actions and solutions
  • Own the North Division people scorecard ensuring data quality and accuracy design surveys on an ad-hoc basis and provide insights based on a statistical analysis of survey data
  • Oversee and track Divisions relocation budget to ensure we remain within budget
  • Liaise with the Compliance and Ethics team to ensure training completion and closure on Speak Ups across the North Division
  • Manage and respond to the Divisions subpoenas
  • Track and report Division arbitrations, grievances, and appeals
  • Partner with HRBPs to process and ensure payout of quarterly bonuses
  • Support Division executives, managers and employees (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, and Commercial) on Adhoc requests
  • Develop and deliver HR onboarding program to new HR team members
  • Support PepsiCo core people processes and action planning including support with roll out and data interpretation, such year-end reviews, talent reviews, etc.

Partner with HRBP and Internal Communications Lead on recognition initiatives across the Division (service anniversaries, birthdays, Smiles, etc)

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required; major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related field preferred
  • Masters Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management preferred

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years prior Human Resources experience
  • Experience working with tableau, SAP, HR reporting tools to analyze data and produce insights
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

Desired Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and other related analytics tools
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High-level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to operate across all levels of the organization
