Royal Columbian Hospital

330 East Columbia St., New Westminster, BC

Hourly Rate: $17.20/hr.

All shifts available immediately - Morning, Afternoon, Evening & Overnights

Employees could be assigned between 7.25 - 36.25 hours per week

All hires will become members of the HEU - Hospital Employees Union

The Housekeeper/Custodial support cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs, however do include the following. 

All PPE provided

 goggles, masks, gowns and gloves at start of each shift

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs (occasional to frequent), prolonged walking, standing, reaching
• Reliable, enthusiastic, able to prioritize, and to follow detailed instructions without direct supervision
• Reading and writing English fluently, and able to converse in English clearly
• All applicants may be required to have proof of up to date vaccinations to be able to work in the a healthcare facility.

• Previous custodial experience preferred (specifically cleaning in a health-care setting)
