**Key Responsibilities:**

The Hospital, Institutional and Government Account Key Account Manager (HIG KAM) is responsible for account planning for and execution of Pfizer Biopharma's Hospital and Institutional Business, for VISAYAS region.

The job will have responsibilities for account strategy development and hospital strategy implementation for the assigned account/s.

**Detailed Responsibilities:**

**Key Account Management**

Account Business Opportunity Optimization

Business, customer and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and business issues that will lead to unique customer value propositions to grow existing customers and generate new business.

Develop the account business plan to ensure Pfizer Biopharma business objectives are met.

Efficient and timely approvals for Account business cases and programs;

Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal units to ensure business continuity and growth.

Manage Day-to-Day business transactions and act as the primary business point-of-contact for both account and company.

Managing Portfolio/ Account profitability;

Planning and implementation to ensure availability of products when needed by the customer;

Implements and resolves any issues concerning order processing, discounts, products and services.

Allocates time to visit the Account HQ and its key branches to engage and get feedback for Pfizer programs.

Ensuring tight collaboration between Marketing, DMs, Reps and other commercial colleagues, including PD30, to work every sales opportunity towards optimum impact.

Collaboration with BAI, Channel Analytics, GCO and Finance for accurate data and tracking as basis for decision-making.

Oversight for any Execution Partner deliverables related to the account.

All other transactions for day-to-day business.


+ Bachelors Degree/ Masters Degree is a plus

+ Minimum of 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with at least 2 years' retail trade or hospital account experience.

+ Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market

+ Strong account management and relationship-building skills.

+ Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

+ Strong numeracy/analytical skills

+ Above average communication and relationship-building skills

+ Has attention to detail

+ Highly ethical
