The HEOR & Pricing Manager is responsible for development and execution of high quality HEOR strategic efforts to support optimal reimbursement and access for Pfizer Portfolio. This role directly impacts the ability to achieve business objectives by providing robust evidence development relevant to achieve optimal patient access by demonstrating the value of our products.

Provides analytical insight that supports and executes the pricing and contracting strategy for PBG products.


Manage the development of HEOR studies, HEOR models and diffusion as agreed within the Marketing and Access strategy

Maintain Pfizer pricing system and local database updated considering the pricing changes according to business needs

**Key Tasks**

+ Develop or customize, adjust and implement Global / Regional / Local Health Economics models for Pfizer portfolio that incorporate both clinical and economic data

+ Develop real world evidence generation strategies and execute studies (e.g., burden of illness, comparative effectiveness studies).

+ Lead Outcomes Research studies as needed (cost-of-illness, database analysis, Delphi panels, others) based in the Business Unit strategies, guaranteeing its adequate monitoring, execution and compliance when these are developed by third parties

+ Identify opportunities to partner with external customers to conduct HEOR projects in support of asset strategies

+ Execute and manage research projects with external collaborators/vendors to ensure timely completion and quality of deliverables as well as budget/legal compliance.

+ Assess, synthesize, and interpret relevant literature and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders

+ Lead the development of appropriate data dissemination plans and communicate evidence generated via publications and conference presentations.

+ Present Pharmacoeconomics assessments and results to various internal and external stakeholders including Access Strategist, Commercial, Marketing, Scientific audiences, payers, KOLs, KDMs, MoH

+ Preparation of technical documents that include Health Economic Information required and key insights to support and develop the market access strategy.

+ Maintain accurate PCO pricing information in the pricing system (JADE) for products category A, B and C+, including the Pricing Change Request (PCR) submissions, after alignment with country cross-functional team (Commercial, Marketing, Access and Commercial) as needed

+ Compliance with mandatory price revisions and operational management in Pfizer's pricing system

+ Build the PCR Business Cases jointly with Product Manager / Commercial to present and support to the Regional and Global approval teams when required

+ Work in close partnership with Local Finance team to assure the positive gross margin with the Pfizer's portfolio prices and PCRs

+ Contribute with key insights to develop pricing innovative strategies such a capitation and cost-sharing models among others

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Healthcare professional with postgraduate studies in public health, epidemiology, or health economics

+ Minimum 4 years' experience in health outcomes and related fields, 2 of which are as part of health economics and/or outcomes research teams in a pharmaceutical company.

+ Experience with HTA organizations such as NICE, SMC, PBAC is desirable

+ Excellent interpersonal skills required: ability to understand and respond to multiple internal and external customers and influence in a matrix environment

+ Excellent oral and written English communication skills required

+ Experience in experimentation or pilot processes, with ability to demonstrate impact and drive rapid, fact-based decision making based on results

+ Change oriented, comfortable responding to unexpected demands with tight timelines;

+ Ability to work collaboratively with others with "One Pfizer" mindset and support behaviors in line with our OWNIT and Patients First Culture
