**What You Will Achieve** You will be part of Pfizer's dynamic Market Access team and will manage the important role of managing the economic research studies for clinical trials. You will evaluate the economic value of products and therapies with the clinical and quality of life outcomes data from clinical trials and epidemiology studies. The outcome of your studies will provide economic perspective for product portfolio decisions, marketing, product reimbursement strategies and regulatory agency submissions. You will work with product reimbursement and clinical research teams to improve their strategies and programs.

As a Manager, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of the discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams.

**How You Will Achieve It**

+ Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives and plan resource requirements for projects across the division.

+ Manage evaluation, retention and overseeing of a global network of Certificate of Analysis (COA) instrument developers, databases, translators, technology providers and contract organizations to execute the COA evidence generation strategies of Asset teams.

+ Identify and provide Asset teams with administration materials and COA instrument scoring manuals/recommendations.

+ Assist in the development of the strategic plan to evaluate and communicate the economic burden of disease and value drivers.

+ Generate publications to communicate study findings in scientific channels in alignment of product publication strategy.



+ Bachelor's Degree

+ 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Health Economics and Outcome Research (HEOR) and relevant related fields

+ Understanding of global drug development, outcomes research and COA instrument development and the methods addressed in the Food and Drug Administration Procurement Guidance

+ High learning agility to catch up broad disease knowledge among Pfizer products and evolving Health Technology Assessment (HTA) related regulation and policy

+ Strong process/project management skills

+ Excellent analytical skills and ability to draw insights

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills


+ Master's degree
