Auto req ID: 239347BR Job Description We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales with strong Traditional Trade background to join our team in Thailand, reporting directly to General Manager, Indochina Foods, the purpose of this position is to lead the PepsiCo Thailand Foods Business in Traditional Trade Channel with around 100 team members to deliver the business Net Sales, Market Share and Profitability targets. The Head of Traditional Trade will need to work closely with Sales Strategy Director, Head of Modern Trade and Supply Chain teams to execute the business agenda in Thailand and work with cross functional team i.e. Local Marketing team, FP & A and Demand Planning to ensure country priorities are achieved. Accountabilities Lead Traditional Trade Sales team to achieve Sales targets as per country plan Develop Traditional Trade AOP, strategic plan and S&D priorities to grow Traditional Trade channels Analyze market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities and developing strategies to increase of numeric distribution and market share Effectively lead, coach, motivate and support team to ensure coverage, distribution, and activity to meet monthly sales target Partner with cross functional to develop team capability in order to make faster, better, stronger execution and actions that address region business opportunity Ensure effective management of all Traditional Trade Distributors to achieve right level of business operations including distributors performance reviews to identify and implement corrective actions if needed Review business performance analysis to monitor the success of the sales program Participate in the development of companys strategy & policy related to pricing, product line up, credit terms, Execution standards, stock holding etc. Ensure proper roll out and execution excellence of day to day sales operations and national wide sales development initiatives Qualifications/Requirements Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields Demonstrated functional expertise with FMCG company in a Senior Sales Management Role 3-5 years Strong experience in Traditional Trade Channel Ability to create and drive a vision business strategy Understand channels/ trade P&L Good interpersonal skill and strong leadership traits Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management experience Results orientated and able to work independently and to strict deadlines with a sense of ownership, drive and can-do attitude.
