What you will do and desired skills:

As part of the Go To Market Acquisition Integration team, you will hold the responsibility of defining the compensation strategies and leading the execution and roll out to Ciscos newly acquired sellers, helping drive the intended behaviors and motions while retaining acquired talent.

 

Desired Skills:


  • 8+ years progressive compensation experience with increasing levels of responsibility orchestrating end-to-end compensation offerings from innovative strategy and design to effective implementation and continuous improvement, with a focus on digitized solutions and the employee experience.
  •  In depth knowledge of base, SaaS bonus / incentive and stock plans design, SaaS strategies, and SaaS principles.
  •  Understanding of the Cisco Sales machine, Ciscos monetization models and Ciscos operations/systems/tools.
  •  A global and cross-cultural perspective of business and compensation issues.
  •  Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, and a proven ability to adapt and work effectively in a matrix organization

Who Youll Work With: 

Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations (GSO) works on selected, high impact business and go to market opportunities for the Cisco Sales & Marketing organization. Acquisitions and divestitures are challenging, highly visible, global, and cross functional in nature, requiring strong business acumen and leadership skills to manage effectively. The team is small but has a broad scope. We are looking for a standout candidate with a passion for productivity and efficiency to help drive accelerated growth.
