The RGI Analyst will provide primary support to the General Manager (GM), and cross Regional Growth Initiative Leader (RGI), and will report directly into the RGI across the region.

Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • In partnership with the RGI, lead the cross-regional go-to-market strategy through data analysis, standard reporting, and optimization efforts
  • ""
  • Ability to pivot between point solution, renewals, escalations, growth, and managed service deals simultaneously
  • ""
  • Assist in coordination for all necessary meetings and content between the RGI/RGM such as Optum leadership and matrix partners
  • ""
  • Create deliverables for senior leadership on project updates, risks, and expected results
  • ""
  • Lead client presentation preparation, including overall strategy, theme, tone, and general direction to promote growth and further the Optum brand
  • ""
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and project manage go-to-market plans across all deal types within the region
  • ""
  • Ability to identify, develop, implement, and execute new processes
  • ""
  • Plan and deliver well-structured oral and written communications, highlighting strategic opportunities based upon key themes concisely
  • ""
  • Ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives, in consultation with applicable stakeholders
  • ""
  • Strong relationship building skills with internal colleagues
  • ""
  • In partnership with the RGI develop and execute regional marketing strategy
  • ""
  • Review reporting workstreams for optimization and redundancies
  • ""
  • Identify areas within the region where we can consolidate or optimize work streams, specifically pursuing areas in which we can automate processes
  • ""
  • Manage regional KPIs from a growth perspective

Data Refinement and Analysis:

  • Ability to export, pivot, and analyze data from multiple sources such as Definitive and Salesforce into meaningful outputs
  • ""
  • Gather and compile frequent market insights to help shape regional growth strategies and scope expansion opportunities
  • ""
  • Leverage regional data and client feedback to assist in the development of Optum marketing campaign efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree/Four-year college degree
  • ""
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and/or contract management (tracking deliverables and obligations, drafting contract changes, etc.)
  • ""

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
  • ""

  • ""
  • Proven ability to drive large scale change initiatives

  • Experience collaborating across a matrixed business and legal environment

  • Experience evaluating and determining appropriate course of action to meet business-client needs

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
