As the Director of IT Asset Management, you will be chartered with enabling the organization to manage the IT asset portfolio with respect to risk, cost, compliance, and business performance. To achieve this, you will gain visibility and control of hardware and software assets across their entire lifecycle. You will enable comprehensive and accurate reporting of all assets to ensure license compliance and avoid unbudgeted costs, enable tax reporting and depreciation tracking hardware assets and enable accurate charge-back processes. You will mature the software asset management program and create automated and sustainable software asset management operations, enhance, and automate software governance, and reduce manual effort that leads to errors. You will gain control of your IT assets, drive savings in IT spend and ensure continuous compliance with software license agreements.

You will provide leadership and direction to remove obstacles and ensure IT asset management teams have all the tools and guidance to successfully execute on ITAM programs and projects. You will monitor risks, issues and overall health of the program and project portfolio, escalating projects at risk to the sponsors and IT leadership to raise awareness and provide recommendations to resolve issues. You will define Critical Success Factors and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the processes. You will track process performance across IT and communicate outcomes through monthly Management Review meetings. You will participate in process ownership governance activities and meetings to ensure effective process management and adoption across the organization. You will manage all exceptions to the process looking for opportunities to remediate and prevent recurrence of the exception. You will partner with the Service Management platform team to enable processes via ITAM tool ServiceNow. Interact regularly with delivery partners and/or department leaders; proactively initiate ideas to improve client service for a specific work product within a department; contribute to department or group objectives, strategy, and priorities; set tactical plan for execution of strategic objectives

For this role, you will have 8+ years experience leading IT Asset Management function. You will have a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline. Your will have a deep knowledge of ITIL Framework, preferred. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with peers and executive leadership. You can quickly assimilate to new knowledge and to remain current on new developments in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge. You have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. You have effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines. You have integrity within a professional environment. You will have proficiency with MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint. You will have aptitude, interest, and/or experience with IBM License Metric Tool (ILMT), BigFix Inventory, ServiceNow, or any other software discovery tools is a plus.

The annual gross base salary range is $134,475.00 229,126.00. This role is also eligible to receive annual bonus and stock. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
