Responsibilities

Provides leadership, technical expertise, and analysis in support of security and privacy initiatives. Act as an advisor to the customer on strategic cyber security program matters as needed. Overall organizations governance structured approach to aligning IT with business objectives and enterprise risk management and compliance with regulations. Experience in IT, cyber security, risk compliance and/or other projects related to critical infrastructure protection. Provide security and privacy analysis and consulting throughout the security assessment and compliance life cycle processes. Monitor Cybersecurity and privacy policies, programs, compliance artifacts, or standards to support government and industry security compliance, systems accreditation, and management.

Administer the documentation, validation, and accreditation processes necessary to assure systems meet security and privacy requirements. Consult on the assessment of the effectiveness of an organizations IT security and privacy training program, including consulting on social engineering exercises to ensure training remains consistent with current Cybersecurity and privacy threats and policies and assist with achieving full compliance with laws and regulations. Experience with developing and delivering systems security plans or other relevant Cybersecurity documentation

Knowledge of malware and vulnerability issues across information system networks

Ability to identify complex Cybersecurity and risk management issues to keep information secure

Qualifications

Requires BA/BS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. 5 years of experience in managing compliance security projects. Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity documentation

Desired - CCEP Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional, Security+
