GENERAL SUMMARY
This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by leading administrative responsibilities and accountabilities with dedicated areas of expertise within the Iowa/Nebraska Market.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead, develop and support administrative process areas within the Iowa/Nebraska Market, ensuring a timely and accurate completion of tasks including by not limited to:
    • Payroll, New Hire and corelating HR support
    • Reporting, Technology management and troubleshooting, PBNA applications
    • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
    • Cashiering, Settlement, and Reconciliation
    • Customer Set Up, Maintenance and Support
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and adaptability
  • Proven history of teamwork, leadership, and professionalism across all levels
  • Supervise direct reports in multiple locations
  • Collaborative with a can-do attitude and ability to flex style to all levels of the organization
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Embrace new challenges with thoughtfulness and a positive outcome-based approach
  • Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, show initiative and ability to identify and solve problems with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to be resourceful and navigate challenges effectively
  • Effective time management, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Monitors, analyzes, and effectively communicates business performance to ensure attainment of planned business targets
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Lead efforts to track, research, problem solve and collect on outstanding activity
  • Research and resolve customer issues on behalf of Sales or Delivery Management
  • Conduct periodic audits and trend reviews to mitigate risks
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Provide planning & execution support for company and community events
  • Maintain, organize and comply with document retention policy, including the arrangement of secure shredding services to destroy post-dated yet confidential documents
  • Other administrative support responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency
  • 5+ years of experience providing administrative support
  • 5+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Aptitude to work with minimal supervision set goals, create and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Must be a strong team player
  • Some travel required Site visits as required, training, team meetings, etc.
  • Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
