Auto req ID: 276661BR Job Description Engage cross-functionally and closely partner with Sector Packaging, R&D, ENG, OPS, SC Finance leaders to gain business case alignment to advance critical VE platforms from ideation to executional phases. Develop business cases by collaborating with suppliers and cross functional teams to collect inputs required to create financial validation: Savings, CAPEX, Expense, Plants / Line TE impacts, ROI, Payback period. Accountable for E2E project management for projects that gain sector alignment: Develop & submit project charter Identify key internal and external stakeholder resources required to deliver project Develop scope & timeline with cross functional inputs Lead communications across all stakeholders Planning for and identify potential risks; perform qualitative / quantitative analysis & mitigation strategies Ensure supplier readiness to enable the initiative Develop MSO H1 transition plan roadmap as project nears execution phase Serve as leader for Rigids H2-3 productivity agenda representing rigids team in productivity sessions for long term ideation & task closure. Prepare executive updates quarterly KPI for Global Category & MSO Sector team leadership on status of VE platform progression. Develop cadence to host / lead productivity ideation session with core suppliers (1 year) to ideate for next generation projects. COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Qualifications/Requirements Education: bachelor or higher degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or other related field. Experience: 10+ years of work experience in procurement, supply chain, operations or other relevant experience, ideally in the food and beverages industry and with extensive experience and understanding of food and beverage packaging. Functional Capability: Procurement & Supply Chain Strategic thinking: ability to formulate and then translate strategies into plans that can be effectively executed. Analytical thinking & strong excel capabilities: ability to quickly analyze data and transform it into meaningful insights. Strong ability to build relationships both internal and external: Ability to engage across various levels & functions (up to VP) to build trust & consensus to deliver objectives Drive for Results Communicates persuasively to win support, minimizes or removes barriers that get in the way of achieving results, and leverages understanding of key business drivers in own area to get results.
