Auto req ID: 251083BR Job Description Locations: Purchase, New York; Chicago, Illinois; Bradenton, Florida Job Description The Global Procurement Manager Fruit & Vegetable, has commercial ownership for PepsiCo North America stone fruits, red fruits, berries, and vegetables. As the Global Procurement Manager Fruit & Vegetable, you will work with COE Senior Manager to create strategy, communicate the strategy effectively to leadership, execute strategic negotiations, supply agreements, financial planning, and all risk management requirements associated with purchases. This role will work closely with a cross-functional group to execute purchasing policies Accountabilities: Approximately $40-$60MM spend accountability. Sourcing/Negotiations/Contracting of Stone Fruits, Red Fruits, Berries, and Vegetables Develop and implement sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships and contracts for all assigned categories Qualification of new suppliers or ingredients as needed to support Innovation and/or Business Continuity Monitor fruit markets price, supply and quality Implement savings and develop a pipeline of projects with suppliers to maintain continuous cost optimization Lead sustainability & carbon reduction initiatives in assigned categories to support corporate goals Develop effective communications with operating divisions and departments on commitments, costs, timing and performance of suppliers in regard to assigned categories Manage and develop relationships with suppliers Work cross-functionally to implement productivity initiatives, new products and or ingredient changes Lead initiatives to increase sustainable sourcing penetration, and reduce carbon in line with corporate goals Advance supplier diversity in assigned spend areas NOTE: This role is currently part of the PepsiCo organization, but as a result of an announcement made on August 3, 2021, this role is planned to transfer to a new Juice Joint Venture entity owned by both PAI Partners, a European Private Equity firm, and PepsiCo, contingent on final regulatory approval and closure of the related deal. Compensation & Benefit details Expected salary range is $87,600 $126,900 Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary]paid out annually.
