The GP FP&A Manager role is part of the Global Procurement FP&A team and will specifically support the category of Flexible Packaging, with focus on longer term strategic procurement activities. This includes ongoing finance activities management and future sustainability efforts, and packaging innovation. The key stakeholders this position interacts with are the Sr. Finance Director and Global Procurement CFO, Category teams (managers through VP level), Control, Treasury, and Sector finance teams. As a Finance FP&A Manager, you will: Lead reporting financial processes for diverse flexible packaging categories, including long-term Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan with key causes of change analysis. Lead financial modeling and data analysis to support Global RFP (pricing) processes in partnership with senior procurement leaders. Proactively identify risks/opportunities on above financial exercises and manage the presentation of solutions, including: inflation drivers, supply assurance, and portfolio mix. Lead Flex commodities financial analysis and reporting for the global categories including: periodic YOY inflation outlook and spend forecast, periodic passback/variance forecasts, and period close variance analysis against plan/previous forecasts. Provide analytic leadership and support on developing the business case for productivity savings and cash flow opportunities. Partner with treasury and the category teams to ensure commodity coverage in line with PepsiCos coverage playbooks. Review contracts to ensure accuracy of financial terms and completion of re-negotiations within timelines, as well as alignment on broader investment strategy. Support and ensure all SOX compliance requirements are met relating to pricing and contract management.#LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics) 6+ years of relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and modeling skills.
