XaaS Operations is a diverse and distributed team accountable for operational support across the quote to invoice cycle to Ciscos sales, customers, and partners. We add new value by contributing our front line experience, providing thought leadership in shaping key business decisions and through initiatives to accelerate Ciscos digital transformation and software annuity business.

XaaS Operations seeks a Global Process Manager with a strong process optimization focus and a propensity for execution to deliver measurable results, tied to business objectives. As a Global Process Manager, you will join a high-performing, collaborative team who are passionate about enabling and scaling Ciscos Software as a Service business. The candidate should have a demonstrable understanding of business fundamentals. Knowledge of the software subscriptions business is a plus (Collaboration, Umbrella, ).

You should be energetic, flexible and detail oriented, have the ability to quickly connect dots in order to effectively drive large optimization initiatives. You must have an ability to form strong partnerships and work cross-functionally to influence stakeholders. You should have an ability to apply structure to ambiguous situations and thrive in a global, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will also embody a passion for partner experience, continuous improvement, and a make it happen attitude.

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to and lead groundbreaking initiatives to achieve touchless, frictionless SaaS transactional experience, reflected in measurable results and goals
  • Contribute to policy definition, offer standards and simplification and other business decisions to mature Ciscos SaaS business
  • Generate recommendations for business process improvement / simplification, based on data analysis and execution
  • Manage processes ensuring global consistency with regional effectiveness, scalability, and ISO/SOX compliance
  • Document processes, including ISO docs, workflows and specific work level instructions
  • Influence through applied knowledge by making financially sound, well-informed and timely decisions based on functional expertise, regional knowledge, and industry trends
  • Develop relationships with multi-functional partners, external vendors, and customers
  • Develop training and support materials for execution teams, customers, and cross-functional education on processes

Who You'll Work With

You will influence cross-functional teams while driving initiatives. This role requires flexibility in work hours to engage with a global team, as well as delivery of results with speed. As part of our organization, you will engage closely with teams in Customer Success, Finance, IT, Business Units, Services, Sales and Supply Chain.

  • You have a strong, proven record of cross-functional process improvement and complex systems implementations with a solid understanding of process optimization methodologies.
  • You have the ability to innovate and bring various parties together to create shared goals and solutions while communicating effectively with customers, partners, employees, and mid to senior level management.
  • Solid project management skills, risk mitigation, decision-making and ability to deliver on time.
  • You are a strong influencer and can resolve conflict and problems while ensuring that the quality of project deliverables meets customer requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • You excel in your communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • Knowledge on Ciscos software subscription processes is a plus.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Typically requires BA/BS degree or equivalent degree plus 7+ years related experience
  • Customer/Partner focus & service oriented mindset
