Who Youll Work With
You will be working with a highly empowered, collaborative onboarding and Partner Success team that serves as the interface between Ciscos various internal departments and our Partners, as they support the collaboration lifecycle journey for our mutual end-customers. In addition to managing executive level relationships with your partner, you will also play a key role in managing relationships with our end-customers to ensure that their needs are heard, understood and addressed appropriately.
What Youll Do
As a Global Partner Success Manager for Webex, you will be responsible for working together with a named, strategic partner in enabling them to deliver on the promise of providing lifecycle support and driving optimal customer experience through efforts focused on Onboarding, Adoption, Expansion, and Renewal.
With a customer-first approach, you will be the partner's key contact for driving Cloud Collaboration Customer Success. You will enable and support them to provide great customer experience, drive proactive adoption, retain and grow their customer base while executing on strategic initiatives. You will assist your partner in implementing and understanding customer success as a strategic advisor and consultant. Experience in strategic alliances, business development, and customer success required, ideally within Tech or SaaS-based company.

Your customers, partners, and teammates consider you a charismatic, articulate leader and a born diplomat You possess a solid understanding of how to identify business outcomes and develop a strategic plan to help the partner and/or customer meet those defined goals.
As an ideal candidate, you have expertise in developing and maintaining cross-functional relationships, translating business value to customers, and driving execution with your partner on key metrics.
The ideal candidate would possess/embody the following skills:

  • Previous Customer or Partner Success experience in SaaS-based

company is ideal.

  • Strategic thinker, account management, forward-looking approach with strong

commitment to customer success.

  • Strong communication, consultative, influence and presentation skills.
  • Focused attention to detail allowing for delivery of high-quality end-user experiences.
  • Proven team player and ability to orchestrate value in coordination with multiple

stakeholders.

  • Willingness to learn, adapt and lead change
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet evolving business

requirements.

  • Ability to articulate value messaging and influence adoption.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to business and the ability to establish a holistic view as it

relates to the motions driven out of Customer Success.

  • Education or equivalent experience: 4-year higher education degree.
