You will work side-by-side with your aligned Lifecycle partner and the Cisco partner teams to drive our customers' mutual success in adopting the Cloud Collaboration portfolio as required by the Lifecycle Partner Program.

What Youll Do:

As the Global Partner Success Manager of a Lifecycle partner you will be responsible for driving the transformation of your partner's customer success practice. You will accelerate mutual success by developing trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, create and gain strategic alignment while driving the execution of key metrics.

  • Responsible for the development of the global Collaboration Customer Success Lifecycle strategy of the partner
  • Drive partners awareness of Cisco strategy and vision in representing the Cisco brand
  • Assess Customer Success gaps and areas of improvement as required by Lifecycle Partner Program
  • Identify, build and maintain cross-functional relationships with partner and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
  • Enable partner to proactively drive adoption and lifecycle management of our mutual customers
  • Hold partner accountable to high performance in exceeding key metrics of customer lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities and collaborate with partner to optimize team workflows and processes
  • Elevate the partner skill set to strategic activities focused on business development, customer success execution and achieving business outcomes for the customer
  • Leverage business development experience in identifying and creating processes to implement growth opportunities
  • Participate in driving with your partner campaigns, projects, and initiatives to insure successful implementation and results

Who You Are:

  • Extensive partner and business development experience
  • Possesses knowledge of best practices around change management
  • Proven team player and ability to orchestrate value in coordination with multiple
  • stakeholders
  • Strong communication, consultative, influence, and presentation skills
  • Forward looking approach to business and the ability to establish a holistic view as it
  • relates to the motions driven out of customer success
  • Education or equivalent experience: 4-year higher education degree
  • Proven track record of exceeding metrics
  • 25 % travel required
