We are aligning global PepsiCo teams to build an impactful analytics portfolio. We work with Shopper Insights, Shopper Marketing, Category Leadership, and Space Engineering resources to support Sales and Marketing plans for global, enterprise, national, and regional customers across the PepsiCo portfolio. This approach allows us to build best-in-class capabilities, develop deep functional expertise, and offer focused programs to drive growth with our customers. The Demand Accelerator team helps PepsiCo connect with consumers and provide our customers with cutting edge data and insights, as well as, personalized solutions to drive incremental growth for both our customers and PepsiCo. This role will help us build analytical capability for our global markets by solving new and exciting questions with data analysis, advanced analytics, and a love of problem solving. As a member of an Advanced Analytics and Insights team you will help drive actionable insights for our shoppers across the entire PepsiCo portfolio. Your analysis will be used to create new strategies and apply new analytical processes that will be shared with internal PepsiCo teams as well as with major and local global retailers. Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities: To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases such as SQL, SQL Server, R, Python and Tableau. This individual will be responsible for managing and prepping data streams: Sales data (Internal and/or POS, Shopper data, Maps data and other external sources to support different markets COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Please note that all such company vaccine requirements provide the opportunity to request an approved accommodation or exemption under applicable law.#LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field 3-4+ years of experience with data analytics Must know how to write SQL and extract data from large and small databases Ability to evaluate existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations Ability to translate business and technical requirements into non-technical terms Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases High-level written and verbal communication skills Provide ad-hoc analysis and deliverables as requested Experience using Power BI and other Visual Analytics tools like Tableau Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house applications Detail-oriented with dedication to continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications: Ability to function well in a team environment Ability to prioritize among multiple priorities Ability to work with minimal supervision Cross functional experience working with other functions, e.g., Sales, Marketing, and IT functions Strong analytical skills.
