What Youll Do
As a Contact Center Demonstration Specialist Lead, youll play a vital role in the success of the Cisco Field Sales and Collaboration Technology Group by helping our customers deliver better business outcomes and great exceptional customer experiences.

Direct alignment with the CCBU, Field Sales Teams both PSS, TSA and Account Teams as well as many Business Unit resources and partners. You are a passionate technologist and business outcomes seller who understands how meaningful transformative collaboration technology can be. You can you convert your deep expertise into business acuity that your customers can easily absorb and repeat. You love thinking creatively and overcoming obstacles and objections.
