As part of the Global Data Partnerships Center, your primary focus will be on navigating the process between partner identification and official data acquisition. The role is designed to be part program manager and part marketing manager. This role is the essential connecting tissue between the potential of a data partner and the organization decision to move forward with that data partner. This role will be responsible for distilling the partnership value/roles and connection to organization objectives relating to Revenue and NOPBT to the relevant future data users and to the Demand Management and Value Realization team to support the overall Data Strategy and Ecosystem vision for elevating our data sources and capabilities to extract actionable value from that data. This role requires the ability to make presentations to audiences of all levels regarding data partnership potential and paths forward. It requires the proficiencies related to making presentations, as well as, giving the presentations. You will need to be able to take in the data partner summary from your data partnership teammates and convert that to the standard process of presentation and sell-through. Expect this role will use such tools as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere to create Visuals, Infographics and Videos to simplify concepts and make the storytelling of the presentations more engaging. defining the needs and optimized data partnership portfolio to enable eCommerce Category Management. You will be tasked with data content strategy and leading the identification of viable data partnerships that are enhanced by a two-way share of data in the eCommerce space. You will be a cross-functional partner with both the traditional category management teams, as well as Data + Analytics org as a whole. You must be strategic, collaborative, analytical and have a passion for connecting business to data that drives category growth now and in the future. Moreover, this person will support building capabilities and best practices in data acquisition and data partner management and will support best practices across the enterprise. This role will be the lead for all Category Management Data Partnership launches and will be expected to get prioritized data partners through the identification and review process and into the organization. Key Accountabilities Help support building a Global Data Partnership Center Build and templatize the process and materials for the movement of identified data partner to secured data partner Be a representative for data partnerships to the process workstreams across D+A Build the capabilities and ingrain in broader Global Data Partnership Center teamSupport building the Global Data Partnerships Strategy Identify and highlight the connective tissue of the selected data partners Maintain and communicate the category management data partnerships road mapOptimize Data Partnerships Review data partnerships identified by teammates and are the role that pushes for expansion of identified use cases use prior work to help see where there is more useful than the original purpose Be the single place for the materials required for the transition to DA&O Center and DMO Qualifications/Requirements Minimum 4 years experience in cross-functional project work Minimum 4 years experience in building presentations and giving presentations Minimum 4 years experience in CPG goods industry experience, or related analyst focus Bachelors Degree, Masters a plusExperience: Demonstrated analytics skills and use of multiple software tools Experience in assessment and analysis of data providers Experience in a matrix environment a plusSkills, Abilities, Knowledge Knowledge of all basic MS Office tools Strong collaborator with the ability to take a project from concept through to execution Great management and organizational skills; the ability to prioritize and multi-task Great communications skills, both verbal and written High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and storytelling Prior experience in presentation software like PowerPoint, Prezi, InDesign, Corel, Photoshop, Illustrator, Ad Willingness to learn, with a proven track record of learning new areas/competencies (learning fluidity) Organizationally savvy Can operate in a fast-moving, changing environment Utilize strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
