As a GEOINT engineer,you will be an integral member of a contractor team which provides support to both legacy and new/emerging GEOINT systems. You will solve technical challenges and drive mission thread acquisitions to closure. You will be a part of the Govt Program Management Office as SETA and tasked tosupport the customers mission by: defining capability roadmaps and agile features necessary to prioritize developer backlogs, coordinate CONOPS, develop architecture products, assess system and segment schedules and risks, lead readiness and release planning events, and support agile test and DevSecOps verification strategies and the integration of new systems. You will have frequent and direct interface with senior customers.

Whatweneed from you:

• Experiencedcustomer management skills
• Knowledge of Space platforms
• Experienced in System Engineering (SE) processes
• Knowledge of GEOINT systems
• Knowledge of DevSecOps
• Knowledge ofSAFe or Agile frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to work and quickly transition across multiple tasks
• Strongrepresentational, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products
• Provenorganizational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government
• Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments with multiple subcontractors and cross functional teams

• Education: 12 to 15 years with BS/BA or 10 to 13 years with MS/MA or 10 plus years with Ph.D
• Minimum Clearance Required: ActiveTS/SCI
• Position is located in either Valley Forge, PA or Northern VA.
• Ability to obtain a Polygraph
• UnderstandSystems Engineering including requirements, architecture, and verification/validation (V&V) process
• Systems Engineering experience on large complex systems
• Acquisition experience on small to large systems
• Project management and acquisition management
• Understanding of programmatic processes, including configuration management, risk and readiness
• Understanding and experience of GEOINT systems and products
