Sodexo is seeking a Food General Manager for it's operations at Lancashire Hall, a 300 resident retirement community located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Lancashire Hall houses all levels of care including, independent living, short term care, as well as long term and memory care. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned, entrepreneurial manager who is constantly seeking a better way to conduct business. This key leadership position is directly responsible for the successful operation of the Dining Services. The General Manager ensures client, customer service/satisfaction with efficient cost-effective management that both meets and exceeds expectations.

The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of day-to-day operations (trayline, meal delivery and 1 dining room with some catering);
• Interface closely and daily with residents, client executive level leadership and client board members;
• control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved;
• ensure that the highest possible standards of customer service, food handling and preparation are achieved.

Position Summary
