Global Commercial Operations (GCO) executes 60+ commercial operational services in 6 core service areas (Meetings & Events, HCP and Patient Engagement, Training, Digital Channel Deployment, Sales and Marketing Services, Pharmacovigilance) on behalf of our 29,000+ marketing and sales colleagues. Within GCO, four Centers of Excellence (CoE) provide global service offerings that improve commercial operations and support key operational processes between GCO and Pfizer Business Unit (BU) clients.

Within GCO, the Asia Pacific (APAC) Commercial Excellence team ensures the optimization of core GCO functions to enable excellence in internal and external customer experience. Positioned within the Commercial Excellence team, the Healthcare Professional (HCP) & Patient Engagement Center is responsible for the development and operationalization of commercial service offerings and business processes that enable Pfizer to have meaningful and connected engagements with HCPs and Patients across multiple touch points. In support of this goal, the APAC Commercial Excellence team is looking for an HCP & Patient Engagement Center Field-Force Enablement (FFE) and Data Stewardship Lead to:

Lead the regional development, operationalization, and innovation of commercial operational service offerings that enable FF to engage with our external customers - HCPs and patients

Provide strategy, oversight, and evaluation of Sales Force Automation

Lead global and regional SFA projects

Facilitate the HCP / patient data stewardship for Pfizer commercial organization

Partner with Business Analytics team to provide HCP/patient activity data and business insights for continues improvement of commercial operation effectiveness and productivity

Drive the implementation of Commercial Effectiveness in view of multi-channel engagement with diverse customers (HCPs)

Work in conjunction with the APAC GCO Commercial Excellence Team to help set GCO goals and identify effective and efficient ways to engage with external customers - HCPs and patientsKey responsibilities;

+ Ensure effective and compliant operationalization of CRM platform, Digital channels and campaigns across a matrix organization, responding flexibly to changing external digital trends and customer needs

+ Continuously improve and optimize Sales Force Automation and ensure efficiency and compliance through standardization, global guidance, and support for local needs

+ Implement a streamlined Commercial Effectiveness process across APAC to connect relevant stakeholders around a sustainable field-force (FF) enablement process to drive optimization of front line execution. Align on action plans with clear accountability (RACI).

+ Responsible, work in collaboration with BAI, for the development, execution, and strategy for HCP engagement activity reporting including the planning and delivery of FF activity reporting across APAC market in support of the Commercial Effectiveness Team

+ Work closely with business partners and GCO teams to prioritize Commercial Effectiveness initiatives and needs; align action plan with agreed priorities and expectations based on business demand.

+ Understand regional / local business needs and priorities and ability to execute to plan and within budget

+ Provide guidance and updates of global HCP Engagement service processes/policies to country Commercial Effectiveness Lead to ensure adherence to the compliance of company policy/SOP in a timely manner

+ Evaluate innovative approaches from within and outside of Pfizer to improve/enhance customer engagement approaches in the Commercial Effectiveness context

+ Partner effectively with COEs providing regional insights to meet business needs

+ Successful implementation of assigned Key Projects / Solution that meet business objectives

+ Act as regional subject matter expert and go-to partner for Commercial Effectiveness

+ Facilitate APAC Commercial Effectiveness community meetings and seek out best practices from markets and CoEs to share across the region

+ Serve as regional point of contact for Global HCP & Patient Engagement Team

+ Responsible for the development and execution of GCO APAC Commercial Effectiveness in support of GCO APAC Lead Vision & Strategy

+ Evaluate innovative approaches from within and outside of Pfizer to improve / enhance Pfizer's commercial operational service offering that has direct impact on customer engagement

+ Partner with Digital & Business Technology and vendors to operationalize digital channels and campaigns delivery processes & platforms

+ Build sustainable collaborative working relationships across GCO, enabling Functions, BT and Pfizer Business Units; build and foster effective external relationships and influence strategic direction

+ Understand Pfizer BUs' strategies, business goals, commercial support, needs and objectives.

+ Understand long range client strategy and ensure GCO service delivery model is flexible and scalable to meet future business needs.

+ Actively participate in the GCO APAC leadership team discussion to support set goals and identify synergies to work across GCO APAC groups to provide value to Pfizer and our internal clients
