Auto req ID: 236825BR Job Description This role or position can be based in Purchase or within existing GBS locations in Mexico (MBS) or Krakow (KBS) The GBS Change Management Associate Manager partners with the corporate functional teams to successfully lead GBS enterprise transformation initiatives. This requires a skilled change practitioner with a strong background in Learning and Development and with experience supporting large-scale, global complex projects. This role will be responsible for the following: Provides CM support needed to develop, deliver and execute change deliverables needed for the successfully delivery of the project (e.g. impact assessments, readiness assessments, detailed change approach).Assists in the integration of CM activities across sectors/functions Develops and delivers GBS education paths across all levels of the organization Consults on development of strategic training plan supporting GBS functional roll-outs Building change capability across GSB; provides CM training to functional teams and key stakeholders who are unfamiliar with change management principles, framework and tools Provides hands-on change management support needed for the execution of deliverables for sectors/functions that are under-resourced Able to provide guidance and insights based on past experiences with similar projects and can help provide a robust perspective on cultural impacts/process implications Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree, preferably MA/MS in Org Development and Leadership or Learning and Development Minimum of 4 years of HR/OMD/Learning and Development industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation Desired Characteristics: Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items Experience with business transformation and change management Curriculum development/Instructional design Strong background in Learning Strong consultative and diagnostic skills Ability to work through organizational complexity Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines Strong analytic skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
