**Full Time Maintenance Fitter, and Electrical / Instrument Craft**

Holiday Inclusive Shift Pattern (HISP).

Vacancies have arisen within the Ringaskiddy Engineering Department for full time Maintenance Fitter, and full time Electrician / instrument craft. The successful candidates will be required to join the Ringaskiddy Maintenance Holiday Inclusive Shift Pattern (HISP). The following are the core responsibilities for the role:

**Core Responsibilities:**

+ Execution of all maintenance-based activities including Corrective / Preventative / Production Support / Calibrations / Electrical work, in accordance with site GMP and safety standards.

+ Mechanical fitter responsibilities to include maintenance and repair of pumps, valves, filters, driers, centrifuges, boilers, mechanical seals, and distribution systems.

+ Electrical / instrument craft responsibilities to include maintenance and repair of electrical distribution systems, instrumentation, and trouble shooting and issue resolution on electrical and control systems.

+ Maintain a permanent, accurate and full record of all work utilising the site CMMS system

+ Adheres to the required good manufacturing practices and maintains the area in a clean and tidy condition in line with the site safety and quality excellence principles.

+ Maintains safe working conditions for operators, maintenance and other personnel working in the area in line with the site safety and quality excellence principles.

+ Working under a GSPW permit system with hazardous areas, with special permitting including HW permits and CSE permits as required

+ Participating, Leading and Implementation of RFT projects.

+ Engagement with site maintenance, training, safety, quality, and learning systems.

+ Engagement and active participation in continuous improvement teams striving for excellence in site fundamentals.

**Education and Experience:**

+ Applicants must have successfully completed a standard four year mechanical, or standard four year electrical-instrument apprenticeship

+ Applicants to have relevant work experience as qualified craft in a GMP regulated industry.
