Primary responsibilities:

• Sub assembly of hearing aid supply orders (batteries, tubes / tips etc)
• Process outbound mail requests
• Assist with the fulfillment of field and provider orders as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• Microsoft Outlook (ability to create, save and send emails)
• Ability to work Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with occasional overtime
• If you need to"enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms"using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering"your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group - approved"symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required"to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any"state and local masking orders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the medical device industry
• Experience with Salesforce, fulfillment systems and scanning devices
