Office hours typically are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday Friday but could have some Saturday hours. This may vary based on clinics needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervises the day-to-day operations of the receptionists/ front office areas, working closely with and taking direction from the practice manager and the physicians at the site.
""
• Assures the practice is ready for business each day the practice is open, by developing and training co-workers.

• Orders the proper and necessary office supplies and assures they are available as needed and is a prudent buyer on behalf of the clinic.
""
• Monitors the proper functions of equipment at the front desk.
""
• Implements established systems to monitor staff performance.
""
• Monitors collections duties in coordination with the clinic and business office policies.
""
• Ensures that the customer service, both internally and externally, exceeds standards at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
""
• Minimum of 4 years front desk experience including customer service, and administrative functions of a medical practice

• 4+ yrs. customer service experience

• Microsoft Office proficiency
""
• Ability to handle cash and to count money at high volumes including mathematical computations
""
• Experience handling high volume of telephone calls and a multi-system phone line
""
• You will be provisioned with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are required to perform this role with patients and members on site, as this is an essential function of this role.

Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $17.12 to $30.34.
