Providing outstanding service to both external and internal Customers by ensuring efficient Front End and Remote Cashier operations is the key responsibility of this position. Front End Supervisors must have thorough knowledge of all policies, procedures and duties related to Customer transactions, cash handling, the service desk and lot. Other key responsibilities include supervising and training other Front End Associates and Lot Associates, and maintaining adequate coverage through scheduling.
