PepsiCos Beverages North America - Central Division (PBNA) is looking for a strategic, results-oriented, creative and entrepreneurial individuals to be a part of our exciting Marketing growth agenda in the Foodservice Channel. Working within a fast-paced and innovative environment, you will be challenged to achieve both business and personal growth through innovation and a high degree of ingenuity and responsibility.

This role will help ignite our consumers thirst for our PepsiCo beverage portfolio in the Central Division and you will be responsible for developing and driving nationally great, locally even better brand strategies and plans for the beverage trademarks in our strategic Foodservice accounts. The work includes setting the agenda, partnering with the brand, cross-functional and commercial teams to execute world-class programs and activations to deliver both short-term and long-term results: Top-line growth, share gain and brand equity building.

This experience will develop and showcase the ability to evaluate business opportunities, develop deep consumer / customer understanding and build customer relationships to drive business growth. Additionally, translating insights to developing integrated customer programs to engage and convert the shopper and will also hone skills in building strong team dynamics, dealing with ambiguity and influencing up to the highest levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Activation Planning: Demonstrate marketing leadership by building partnership opportunities through the development of innovative custom marketing solutions that achieves our Customers business objectives and PepsiCo brand goals.
  • New Business Acquisition: Work closely with prospective Customers to bring above strategy to life through brand marketing strategies and programs in support of Retaining & Acquiring New Business targets over a multi-year time horizon.
  • Asset Management: Leverage local and national marketing assets, along with their activation strategy and execution.
  • Project Leadership / Management: Lead all aspects of marketing development for key new business opportunities inclusive of planning, development and presentations.
  • Agency Management: Manage Agency relationships to deliver breakthrough programs and creative that drive unique point of difference for our brands within the division.
  • Insights Development: Bring Insight-led thinking to assist in the creation of partnership marketing strategy, creative development and sell in - keeping PepsiCo brands connected to the consumer (Both Channel and Customer-specific).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute and build partnership solutions that support business goals.
  • Day-to-day relationship with Regional Retail & Foodservice Leadership.
  • Budget Management.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of Marketing experience with Consumer-packaged goods or Foodservice industries preferred Additional commercial facing experience will be also ideal
  • Proven expertise in managing the agency process from brief to delivering best in class ideas, including ability to mobilize a diverse team of internal and external constituents to execute in the marketplace
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to lead the planning process with insights
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and understand varied points of view
  • Exceptional presentation skills to engage internal and external audiences (i.e. able to present to senior management as well as external Customer and Agency partners)
  • Proven relationship and communication skills with ability to interact with all level in the organization
  • Consumer-centric Marketer who can identify relevant consumer insights and thrives on change within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management leading cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • High proficiency in power point to develop visually impactful presentations
  • Experience working within a matrixed organization
  • Up to 20% travel required
