The Foodservice National Account Sales Manager will manage Speedway/7-11 franchisee and corporate locations with approximately $20MM in net revenue. 7 -11/Speedway is critical for brand building and delivering our annual revenue and profit plan. The Foodservice National Account Sales Manager is selling fountain and frozen reporting into the Away from Home Retail Team Sales Director for 7-11. This position will require skills in negotiating with franchisees, local bottlers and selling in key programs to the existing business. Pepsi Beverages Company (PBC) is PepsiCos beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization. The Foodservice National Account Sales Manager is responsible for owning and managing all lines of PepsiCo business by developing and delivering customer level AOP (Annual Operating Plans) for PepsiCo Food Service accounts. Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned foodservice accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods Execute national and local innovation and/or Fountain/Frozen valve optimization at assigned customer or franchisee (forecasting, product replacement and reverse forecast, ops info for valve conversion) Review sales performance and growth with the assigned customer (bi-weekly calls with category managers, monthly franchisee meetings, review/execute the national contract, update growth compared to target throughout the year, discuss the execution of upcoming growth initiatives) Alignment with the customer on executional framework to include quarterly meetings, shared/published tactics and regular report out to Pepsi and Frito leadership teams and field teams Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution Execute existing customer contracts Develop/implement special initiatives (i.e. test markets, etc.) Understand the impact of sales and financial decisions on PepsiCo Food Service and Bottler P&Ls Attend all national customer tradeshows Provide business reviews on a regular basis Zone visits; business review with key personnel, store tours#LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree strongly preferred, MBA a plus Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience Minimum of 7 years sales experience Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required Ability to travel 2-4 days per week Ability to take initiative and follow-up independently Demonstrated analytical and math skills Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite Strong communication and presentation skills Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically Must be authorized to work in the United States#LI-USA Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
