Auto req ID: 247628BR Job Description PepsiCo, a leader in the food and beverage industry, has an opening for an Fleet Sustainability Program Associate Manager to support the execution of Supply Chain Fleet strategy and its evolution to deliver PEP+, sustainability initiatives. The candidate must have superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Must have demonstrated decision making skills, a passion for delivering the sustainability agenda, and exposure to sustainability in industry. This role will support the Better Together Fleet organization, bridging fleet strategies across PepsiCo. Partnership with field stakeholders, Fleet COE teams, sustainability organizations in FLNA and PBNA, consultants, and external agencies. Support Fleet Sustainability strategy and reporting requirements to deliver Pep+ goal, compliance, and credit maximization Collaboration with Fleet COE to support dynamic and inclusive reporting that supports sustainability decision making, strategies, and funding advocacy GHG, emissions reductions modeling that guide short and long-term vehicle purchase decision making across PBNA, FLNA Evaluation of financial impact and long-term implications of new vehicle purchase options as it aligns with Pep+ goals Perform life cycle sustainability analysis on vehicle options and develop recommended asset purchase strategy Provide industry knowledge that supports identification of opportunities and new technologies, tools, and retrofit solutions to reduce fleet emissions Provide technical leadership, support, and guidance on sustainability, GHG reduction strategy to support education of organization, internal stakeholders Operate as Fleet COE liaison between PBNA, FLNA Sustainability Centers of Excellence, delivering complimentary workstreams that support collective goalDesirable Skills: Ability to understand and identify industry factors that impact sustainability initiatives Ability to communicate cross functionally across organizations to convey messaging, gain alignment Ability to balance strategic and financial goals Demonstrated ability to deliver in ambiguous environments Keen attention to detail and meticulous planning Knowledge and familiarity with process development and improvement Creation of alignment to new methods, tools Leadership capability - demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration to solve problems Ability to evaluate & optimize solutions for desired financial & business impact Ability to clearly communicate and win support of ideas and plans to all levels of the organization, both written and verbal Ability to maintain external relationships Critical thinking, strong analytical skills and data-based approach to decision making Ability to travel to field locations and suppliers (up to 25%) Ability to lead meetings of various sizes with varied constituents and present/speak effectively Ability to integrate into the PepsiCo Fleet Team and contribute to people and organizational development.
