Auto req ID: 237111BR Job Description Purpose: PBNA operates the largest private fleet of vehicles in the US. The Central Division Fleet team is responsible for over $115MM in annual spending across 64 sites. The team is responsible for safely maintaining 13,000 assets, including single & tandem axle tractors, trailers, forklifts, walkie riders, and Geo-Box assets. The Fleet Performance Manager will be responsible to help support 10 Fleet Market Managers across 64 fleet service sites with over 185 technicians. The Fleet Performance Manager will help drive the Fleet KPIs around PMs, Expenses, Productivity and Utilization with all the Market locations in the Central division. The Fleet Performance Manager will support the divisional fleet teams with the execution of fleet programs, policies, sustainability Goals, and AOP targets leveraging data and analytics Helps support performance reliability, through PM compliance programs, predictive maintenance programs, technical training, and SOPs for fleet management. Partners with managers and technicians to solve fleet asset issues and opportunities Manages dashboards and scorecards for daily visibility around the fleet needs and results Accountabilities: Develops and initiates Technician Performance and Efficiency programs through analytics and field execution Interprets Fleet data and develops insights that lead to actions around business improvements Assist in the development and execution of key projects Develop new reliability metrics and measures to benchmark performance in the field Manages training programs to ensure Technicians meet the requirements and needs in the division. Project analytics, reporting and benchmarking with strategic implementation plans Qualifications/Requirements 3+ years of experience working in an HD fleet management environment Leadership skills including facilitation, presentation, and team building Project management experience Technician coaching & development experience Fleet Maintenance Program experienced (EAM) Compliance management experience DOT, EPA, OSHA Ability to travel 25-50% Change management and Continuous improvement experience Microsoft SharePoint and Tableau experience helpful Bachelors degree in Automotive Technology or Business Management preferred Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
