Fleet Infrastructure Planning Manager
Auto req ID: 273310BR Job Description PepsiCo, a leader in the food and beverage industry, has an opening for Manager Fleet Infrastructure Planning to support the execution of Supply Chain Fleet strategy. The candidate will be responsible site scoping and readiness across PFNA and PBNA locations to ensure the successful foundation for electric vehicle deployments, the strategic delivery of the Fleet emissions reduction and Pep+ strategies. Role will partner with functional leaders (Warehouse, Transport, Go-To-Market, Sustainability) and sector teams, facilitate communication, develop business cases (modeling, capital analysis, etc) in support, enablement of the fleet Better Together electric asset deployment strategy. Partner with Warehouse, Transport and Sales Operations teams to deliver optimal site solutions for charging infrastructure, functionality, and usage Program Management and Control effectively manage large cross functional, transformational, and PEP+ programs to deliver timely results, promote process adherence and compliance, and deliver capital budgets Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to identify, scope and develop utilities, infrastructure projects and ensure alignment to internal, grant based measures as it pertains to RFP, contracting, and document control Program management and strategic planning: develop processes and implement programs that support increasing scale of infrastructure planning Develop strategic communication plan and create alignment to ensure new and developing locations are executing strategies consistent with the fleet emissions, electrifications requirements; future proof our facilities and create alignment with non-fleet teams Support sustainability agenda to comply with regulations, reduce fuel/energy usage, operating cost, and greenhouse gas emissions Develop tools and solutions that create visibility to infrastructure performance and usage; ensure integration that supports end user access and ease of use Collaboration across FLNA, PBNA Sustainability teams, Winning With Purpose capital organization and internal stakeholders Become involved in the industry: Peer fleets, professional organizations, gov't and non-government organizations, trade associations, and academia to align with industry and bring outside ideas in Qualifications/Requirements Leadership capability - demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration to solve problems. Ability to evaluate & optimize technical solutions for desired financial & business impact. Ability to clearly communicate and win support of ideas and plans to all levels of the organization, both written and verbally. Critical thinking, strong analytical skills and data-based approach to decision making. Ability to travel to field locations and suppliers (up to 50%). Ability to lead meetings of various sizes with varied constituents and present/speak effectively. 5+ years of experience and track record of business results, project management capability, and teamwork. Ability to integrate into the PepsiCo Fleet Team and contribute to people and organizational development. Desirable Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years experience. Degree: BS degree and supporting work experience. Position based in Plano, TX. Required Education/Professional Experiences: Knowledge and familiarity with project management and cost control concepts and practice. Keen attention to detail and meticulous planning. Knowledge and familiarity with product development cycles, testing and validation, and manufacturing concepts and practice. Knowledge of fleet and automotive industry, technology and operation.
