Auto req ID: 246038BR Job Description Job Title: Finance Senior Manager Employer: PepsiCo, Inc. Location: 12 East 49th Street, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10017 Duties: Design and manage economic modeling to support PepsiCos total snacks and beverages portfolio, as well as brand-specific direct business models, including business-to-business and direct-to-consumer. Build out the Supply Chain (SC) finance function by providing analytics for the North America (NA) Supply Chain function such as transportation network analysis, cost productivity opportunities and new business model project evaluation. Educate cross functional partners on financial literacy and business model expectations by providing visibility on the financial impacts across the different models, establishing Key Performance Index, financial benchmarks, and playbooks to enable decision making. Partner with Strategic Capability team on the development of North America (NA) Supply Chain strategic roadmap and tracking performance by providing analysis, and performance accurate tracking support. Collaborate with the North America Supply Chain and Business Unit (BU) Commercial leadership teams and provide support for key business deliverables focused on delivering Net Revenue growth. Lead development of CARs (Capital Appropriation Request) and business cases to support both long-term Supply Chain and Technology projects and ensure sound project financials and strategic project rationale and integration into broader roadmaps. Collaborate with Strategy, Commercial Teams, and BU Finance teams to develop eCommerce Pureplay P&L evolution and identify key levers for sustainable channel growth, including analysis and trends. Manage cost structure of eCommerce Supply Chain function, integrating into Business Unit finance as necessary. Qualifications/Requirements Job Requirements: Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Must have two (2) years of experience with: corporate finance focusing on Foods and Beverages portfolios; working with senior executive cross-functional Supply Chain teams to establish trust and credibility, and influence decision making; conducting Capital structure analyses for Food and Beverage projects using common metrics & tools, such as DCF, IRR, and ROI; managing SG&A (Selling, General & Administrative) and project budget for cross functional team; influencing senior executive decision-making and working in a global organization; Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SAP, Hyperion, and Tableau. Must have one (1) year of experience with: ecommerce Direct to Consumer or Business to Business platforms, understanding financial and operational KPIs such as ROAS (return on advertising spend), CAC (customer acquisition cost), and LTV (Lifetime Value); managing direct reports; and Essbase and PowerBI. Travel required 10% of the time.
