Auto req ID: 272717BR Job Description The GP Finance PBNA FP&A Senior Analyst supports the COE, Global Procurement category teams, FP&A, and Control. You will partner with these teams to provide the financial analysis and insights to inform the strategic sourcing roadmap to deliver PepsiCos Faster/Stronger/Better agenda. This position focuses on PBNA Agricultural Commodities (Sweeteners & Ingredients) with an average category spend of approximately $1BN. **This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely and in one of the HQ locations: Purchase, NY; Plano, TX; or Chicago, IL ** Responsibilities: Prepare sub-category financial analyses including periodic inflation outlook, spend forecasts, periodic passback/variance forecasts, and period close variance analysis Partner with COE to develop productivity pipeline, assess risks and opportunities and ensure execution of initiatives Support the development of the long-term strategic roadmap with critical financial analysis and strategic thought leadership Provide ongoing support to the measuring and tracking of progress against the strategic roadmap Provide financial support including calculations of investments, ROI, contingent liabilities, and other metrics to inform business decisions, Support financial processes and analysis for the sub-categories for the long term Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan with key causes of change Support consolidation, analytics and quarterly performance reviews for cash flow and productivity initiatives Support the GP Productivity framework across categories and ensure leveraging of global best practices Support COE category teams with financial and data analysis to support global RFP tenders and other global negotiations. Monitor cash flows impact on the business as a result of change in payment terms. Support the categories in performance management process for Productivity and GP Cash Flow delivery including annual plan targets, quarterly forecast updates Provide consultation and analytical financials to support the team on category inflation profile, key drivers, and accuracy year over year Provide support on adhoc projects i.e. contract management, RFP/RFQ process, suppliers risk management Liaison with Sector GP Finance teams on decision support Note : COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
