The Finance Manager position will be responsible for the full P&L operations of a complex client across multiple profit centers and geographical locations. This will include analysis and billings under a variety of contractual criteria, managing the data collection, administrative processing, invoicing, accounting systems and reporting functions.

  • Develop and manage the weekly billings, purchases, payroll, accruals and reporting, ensuring timeliness and accuracy across multiple profit centers and geographic locations
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Communicate and escalate issues to the appropriate source ensuring that all issues are resolved in a prompt manner
  • Elevate the finance support function through the identification and implementation of process and system efficiencies
  • Train and mentor staff on new procedures


  • Post secondary education with finance and systems experience
  • Professional Certifications CPA/CGA/CMA preferred
  • Financial and process management experience with strong analytical abilities
  • Minimum 5 years work experience with at least 2 years as a functional manager or at a Senior Financial Analyst level
  • Demonstrated experience in multiple locations with sales, warehouse management and responsibility for all P&L would be an asset
  • Strong technical skills including advanced Excel & PowerPoint  (Microsoft Access would be an asset)
  • Good knowledge of retail or foods service products and  categories
  • Confident, organized self starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Must be detail oriented  with ability to multi task, perform in a fast paced environment,  exercise good judgment and fully participate in the elevation and success of the purchasing department
