This program was initiated in 2016 for recent college graduates with a Bachelors Degree (BA) in Accounting. The program consists of 4 rotational assignments that have a fixed set of focus areas. The assignments are generally six months in duration and would include a mix of general accounting, manufacturing accounting and analysis, functional forecasting and reporting and international consolidations. Each assignment will have a different finance mentor who will help introduce the candidate to the assignment responsibilities and meet periodically to evaluate understanding of the core responsibilities. The international consolidations rotation may require a 2-3 month position in our Ireland office.  Once the candidate has completed the rotational assignment the candidate will be afforded an opportunity in one of the areas which they participated. In addition to the rotational assignment the candidate will be strongly encouraged to take advantage of our tuition reimbursement program to continue their education. Completion will be expected with timing to be negotiated.

The role will positively impact the Company's operations and directly contribute to the on-going success of Acacia.
