As a Finance Business Architect you will be responsible for ensuring project outcomes are achieved via business process design and system changes. You will be the business partner to a I2C stakeholders, as well as, other Finance stakeholders, providing them with a guidance, relevant support for respective programs & projects.

You will be FTOs I2C representative in EMEA and will primarily work on European projects, however, you will not be limited to EMEA projects.

In order to be successful, you'll need to execute on your Business Architect / Analyst skills and combine them program management to steer the business into a desired direction that aligns with Cisco's strategy.

Additionally, you need to have a strong business process & systems knowledge within I2C and be agile to embrace the change, which is the only constant in Cisco!

Your agenda will cover the following areas:

• Manage New initiative related to I2C
• Lead programs and projects, as well as, work as part of a project team
• Drive scope and solutions discussions
• Perform Business and Architectural Assessments and roadmaps
• Document requirements and validate them through testing
• Perform Stakeholder Management
• Status Reporting to Operating Committee, Steering Committee and delegate tasks as required
• Manage coordination/issue resolution between multiple functions at Cisco
• Continuous improvement

Who You Are:

Our minimum requirements for this role:

• BA/MA in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, with 5+ years of related experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to partner with, support and influence an executive team
• I2C Business knowledge & experience
• Oracle ERP experience preferred
• Technology savvy, able to work with multiple systems
• Capable of turning complexity into simplicity
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, matrix-driven environment
