Financial Planning for Chief Technology Officer (CTO) manages, global, sector and corporate financial performance through action-oriented analytical insights and financial tools. In this role, FP&A associates focus on the development of the CTO specific annual operating plan, five-year strategic plan and various transformational programs. It also forecasts and executes the budget. This role frequently interacts with CTO management and IT Finance leadership. As a Finance Associate Manager, you will: Provide overall cost center management including financial project tracking, preparation of period forecasts and AOP as well as ongoing support of shared projects. Support the Global IT Infrastructure Services in decision-making process for key initiatives and in delivering financial plans. Provide periodic status reports on financials to PepsiCo senior executive leadership. Provide financial analysis and modeling for potential productivity opportunities. Support identification, collection and reporting of appropriate global metrics to track productivity performance. Partner with key suppliers to ensure reporting and billing accuracy including validation of monthly supplier charges. Deliver insightful analysis of business results to leadership team and perform ad-hoc analyses and provide recommendations to help improve business results. Qualifications/Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred) 5+ years of experience and practical exposure in some of the following areas: Financial Planning and Analysis, evaluating business performance, Financial Accounting and Control. IT functional finance experience is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: MBA Preferred SAP/Hyperion experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes Results-oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects to completion Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management Builds trust with business partners and demonstrates the ability to influence outside of direct reporting line and across functions Has an informed opinion on digital trends, including fluency with specific digital technologies Expresses the motivation and curiosity to learn new concepts Tableau experience is a plus Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
