Pricing is a powerful lever to grow top and bottom-line results and ultimately Win with Purpose. As we are investing to become more competitive, the Revenue Management team is expanding and integrating into the commercial organization to support PepsiCo Beverages North Americas (PBNA) growth plans to win in the market place.

As a Revenue Strategy Analyst at PBNA, you are a key contributor responsible for supporting PepsiCo Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) and Non-Carbonated Beverages (NCB) innovations on pricing, packaging, and promotions. Your support will lead to the integration of commercial, omnichannel, and pricing strategies.

If you are interested in advancing PBNAs mission to Win With Purpose through a deeper understanding of consumer behavior, competitive dynamics, and channel strategy this role is for you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop timely, value-added insights on category, competitor, and consumer trends to inform price/pack recommendations for our brand innovations.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Strategy, Commercial Planning, and Marketing/Brand Finance to develop strategic pricing frame work
  • Advance pricing agenda by leveraging Essbase, IRI and various database & analytical tools
  • Deep dive into results and related variances to determine the cause of change
  • Bring disruptive thinking to help drive knowledge enhancement and support the ever-evolving Revenue Management strategy
  • Provide Ad-Hoc analysis as requested
  • Contribute to the strong culture of the team and broader PepsiCo community


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree Required (Economics, Statistics, Finance or Business Administration preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Commercial Planning, Revenue Management, Insights, Data Analytics or Brand/Sales Finance

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strategic thinking and excellent analytical and Excel modeling skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate analytical findings into solutions
  • Ability to function effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with peers and management
  • Results-oriented and innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement
