**About the job:**


Xandr is looking for a Field Sales Operations to support the Southern Europe Management leadership team. This position is based in Paris and is ideal for an autonomous, driven and highly detail-oriented individual who gets things done.


Ideal candidate is a reliable problem solver, customer oriented, and able to work with senior executives. This role supports multiple leaders, and requires excellent communication skills, the ability to juggle responsibilities and prioritize across multiple leaders. A first experience working with executive teams in fast-paced environments, with the ability to handle sensitive information with excellent judgment and discretion is a plus.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Prepare the meetings agenda in collaboration with the management team, actively gather notes and follow up with the respective teams about the main action items for each meeting.

+ Take a central role in the organization of the different local and regional events throughout the year.

+ Redefine and clarify the processes for the different teams.

+ Prepare and analyze the revenue (and other KPIs) trends on a weekly and monthly basis for the leadership team.

+ Ensure the Account Planning process is maintained up to date by the Commercial and Technical teams.

+ Shape and maintain the structure of the Southern Europe intranet pages to provide coherence throughout the space.

+ Develop a thorough understanding of clients businesses, the advertising technology industry and the competitive landscape.


**About your skills and experience:**


+ An understanding of, and experience in the programmatic advertising industry is a plus.

+ Strong analytical and organizational skills with an eye for improvement or new initiatives.

+ Excellent presentation and communication skills

+ Willingness to share knowledge, facilitate teamwork, and maintain excellent cross-functional relationships

+ Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities in a rapid environment.

+ 1 - 3 years of professional experience in operational/coordination roles

+ Bachelors degree or higher.

+ Advanced MS office skills are a must for this role.

+ Fluency in both English and French, Spanish or Italian is a plus.
