This is a field based role, you will be travelling to practices up and down the interstate 575 area. Travel will include from Hiawassee, GA near the North Carolina boarder and all the way to Decatur, GA; the ideal candidate would live somewhere in the middle so that travel is about a two hour drive each way. The role involves traveling to field locations at least three days a week (overall about 75%), visiting 40+ practices on a monthly basis.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, create and implement quality improvement projects and initiatives
""
• Conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that may include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending and presenting information for quality management planning and management needs
""
• Develop and present recommendations and alternatives for management and executive review
""
• Assist in developing department strategic action plans
""
• Develop and implement effective analysis, research and evaluation of quality management metrics
""
• Fostering teamwork and collaboration, much of your work will involve data extraction
""
• Sound auditing skills are essential
""
• Soundcommunication and persuasion skills to deal with clinical and non-clinical audiences

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of health care experience
""
• 2+ years experience developing and implementing performance improvement projects or using data to develop intervention strategies to improve outcomes
""
• ProvenExcel skills
""
• Ability to collect, analyze and present data
""
• You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
""
