**Position Summary**

Review project requests of Educational Grants and Corporate Sponsorship s according to MAPP SOP. Organize and provide FCPA training and follow up implementation of GMC projects in order to support business objectives and improve efficiency.

**Position Responsibilities**

Review project requests of Educational Grants and Corporate Sponsorships according to MAPP SOP. Organize and provide FCPA SOP training to colleagues in order to support business objectives and improve efficiency. As a member of the company's compliance working group, participate in the collaborative review of key projects, process optimization, policy updates, and compliance training etc. As Compliance Working Group member, take on some responsibilities such as project review jointly, compliance training etc. Collect and summarize plan list of department projects, and update status monthly for Supervisor management. According to the progress of the project, follow up each team monthly to apply and carry out the project as planned. Urge project applicant of GMC to upload tracking documents in ACM system in time, to make sure that the Project is real each month. According to the financial statements, remind the teams to arrange expenditures according to the budget plan. Other tasks arranged by the supervisor, such as BCP (Business Continuity Plan), etc.



**Requirements**



+ BA/BS, advanced degree or equivalent preferred

+ Minimum of 5 years work experience in pharm industry or related field

+ Familiar with Healthcare policies, including medical insurance, Healthcare reform, hospital management, etc.;

+ Breadth of experience in all areas of:



+ Compliance and regulation

+ Devising and implementing SOPs

+ Testing and monitoring

+ Training



+ High level of integrity with good ethical core values

+ Ability to quickly assess business transactions, and provide clear and concise guidance in ambiguous circumstances

+ Independent and objective thinker, able to advance ideas and influence others

+ Manages conflicts in an open and constructive manner

+ Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

+ Fluent in English and Chinese
